How do I start using Novec for my Natural Gas?
It is simple! You can go to our website here to fill out the online enrollment form or give us a call at 888-627-7283. Have your account number for your local gas utility handy. It takes just five minutes to choose your rate plan, enroll, and begin saving money.
Moving or Transferring Service
How do I move my service to a new address?
If you’re moving within our five-state service area, don’t let moving disrupt your savings on natural gas.
First, be sure your new location has natural gas.
Then, contact your local utility and arrange for gas service at your new home. If you’re staying within the service area of your current local utility, you often can transfer your existing account to your new home.
Finally, once you have your new gas account number from your utility, you can sign up at your new location by contacting us from our website or by giving us a call at 888-627-7283.
How do I cancel my service?
We don’t want you to cancel, but if you feel that it’s necessary, please give us a call at 888-627-7283 and we will process the cancellation for the next effective date that your local utility allows.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We are confident you will love our service and that is why effective April 1, 2020, there are no early termination fees if you enroll after this date.
